Things To Bring

 

Bring your creativity, inspiration photos or design ideas, and comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a little fuzzy from yarn. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for safety while using tufting equipment. Feel free to bring friends, snacks, and your phone or camera to capture content during your experience.

Inclusions

 

Tufting machine usage, frame setup, premium yarn in multiple colors, tufting cloth, beginner instruction, use of trimming and finishing tools, rug backing materials, safety guidance, and your completed custom rug to take home are all included with your experience at ICREATE DIY Studio.

Check-In

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled class time to check in, review safety instructions, select your yarn colors, and prepare your design before the tufting experience begins at ICREATE DIY Studio.

Cancellation Policy

 

All bookings at ICREATE DIY Studio are non-refundable due to the preparation of materials and reserved studio space. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled class. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may result in forfeiture of the booking payment. No-shows will not receive refunds or credits. If a class is canceled by the studio due to weather, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive studio credit toward a future experience.
